La disponibilit� dei beni viene verificata solo in fase di ordine.
I tempi di noleggio variano a seconda della necessit� del cliente ed alla disponibilit� degli articoli senza minimo o massimo di tempo Il prezzo � calcolato in percentuale in base al valore ed alle caratteristiche dell'oggetto (Difficolt� di reperibilit�, fragilit�, difficolt� di movimentazione).
La tariffa minima di noleggio � di Euro 300,00 + IVA.
Il preventivo ha una validit� di giorni 30 dalla data di presentazione e sar� ritenuto confermato solo tramite conferma scritta del cliente .
CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO
Pagamento in contanti, assegno o bonifico bancario( in quest'ultimo caso � necessario presentare la ricevuta del bonifico ) alla consegna della merce accompagnata da fattura ,salvo accordi precedentemente presi.
In caso di mancato pagamento la merce opzionata per il noleggio non verr� consegnata al vostro incaricato.
Rent DESIGN richiede al ritiro dei beni, un assegno cauzionale pari al valore della merce in uso, che verr� restituito alla riconsegna del materiale dopo una verifica dello stato, in alternativa, � richiesta una copertura assicurativa.
Nel caso in cui il cliente non ne disponga, RentDESIGN offre il servizio extra "NOLEGGIO ASSICURATO" (polizza di assunzione a favore di RentDESIGN a copertura di tutti i rischi di trasporto e danneggiamenti.)
CONDIZIONI GENERALI
Il cliente, qualsiasi esso sia, si impegna a mantenere i beni in uso (ceduti a noleggio) nello stesso stato in cui essi vengono consegnati.
E' quindi obbligo del cliente segnalare eventuali rotture e/o imperfezioni dei beni durante la loro consegna, in caso contrario il cliente sar� ritenuto responsabile del danneggiamento e quindi obbligato al risarcimento del danno.
RESPONSABILITA'
leclettico rent declina ogni responsabilit� derivante da danni a persone o cose procurati dai beni ceduti a noleggio.
RITARDATO PAGAMENTO
In caso di ritardo nel pagamento saranno addebitati al Cliente gli interessi, dal giorno di scadenza a quello di effettivo pagamento, ai sensi del D.Lgs 9/10/2002 n. 231.
PROROGA
Nel caso in cui il materiale noleggiato non dovesse rientrare in sede nella data stabilita al momento della conferma del noleggio, verr� applicata una tariffa di proroga, un forfait sul totale dei giorni di ritardo fino al giorno dell'effettivo rientro in sede.

The price is calculated in percentage according to the value and characteristics of the item (Difficult to find, fragility, difficulty of handling).
The minimum of rental fee is � 300,00 + V.A.T. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of submission and will be considered confirmed only by written confirmation of the customer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment by cash, check or bank transfer (in the latter case you have to show your receipt of payment) on delivery of the goods against invoice unless prior arrangements made. In the event of non payment goods will not be delivered to your representatives.
Rent DESIGN requires, on withdrawal of assets, a deposit check equal to the value of the goods in use, which will be refunded upon return of the goods after a status check. alternatively, a coverage insurance is required. If the customer does not have any, RentDESIGN offers an extra service "RENT ASSURED" (recruitment policy in favour of RentDESIGN to cover all risks of transport and damage.)
GENERAL TERMS
The customer, whoever is, is committed to the maintenance of the assets in use (sold to rental) in the same condition in which they are delivered. It's compulsory for the customer to report any breakages and / or defects of the goods during their delivery, otherwise he will be responsible for the damage and then forced to pay for the compensation .
RESPONSIBILITIES
rentdesign declines any liability arising from damages to persons or things caused by the goods supplied for hire.
DELAY IN PAYMENT
In the event of delay in payment, delay interests will be charged to the customer as follows: from expiration date to that of the effective payment, pursuant to Legislative Decree No 9/10/2002. 231.
EXTENSION
In case that the rented equipment is not returned within the fixed date set at the time of confirmation of the rental , a fee will be charged for the extension as a lump sum according to the number of the days of delay until their arrival at the premises.
